Virtual walk-in clinics are offered Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. You can call our Live Answer number at 289-266-0036. The need for later appointments can be accommodated.

This clinic provides quick access to a single-session therapeutic conversation that focuses on immediate issues happening now, in your moment of need. For many, a single session is all that’s needed, but you can call more than once, the decision is yours. The walk-in services are completely free, and an OHIP card is not required for your session.

 Kids Help Phone or call at 1-800-668-6868 is a 24-hour, bilingual and anonymous phone counselling, web counselling ,and referral service for children and youth. The service is completely anonymous and confidential. Whether by phone, mobile app, or through their websites, you can connect with them whenever you want, however you want.
